Of course you can get a sample in 10-20 days, depends on design and busy season.

We wont ask for extra cost for sample, though it will take much more extra effort to make sample as a factory.

Usually it will take 25days for 1x40HQ container.

But it will also changed by the design complex and busy season.

If it was confirmed that it was our mistake, we will return by money or send replaced one by next shipment or DHL.
